The building is designed to provide an advanced, smart and connected environment 24 hours a day and to offer users a multimodal living experience: simultaneously, some residents/users use the building as a home, while others use it as a working environment. Working from home has recently become an increasingly desirable and convenient way of performing work. Today, employers and employees, as well as entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals, are increasingly choosing to work from home. Research has shown that working in a home environment reduces stress, the number and duration of sick leaves, increases productivity, quality and innovation of work performed, and is stimulating on multiple levels.
